Exceptional thermal insulation
Whether we are talking about the cold or hot season, the temperature in a room insulated with Thermoconfort remains constant. The energy consumed is significantly lower than conventional insulating materials due to the Lambda coefficient of 0.021 W / Mk. The temperature gradient at which the frame operates decreases (-30 ° C in winter, 70 ° C in summer) for an uninsulated roof at 5 ° C in winter, max. 35 ° C summer. This is good for wood because it increases its lifespan.
Thinner material
Using Thermoconfort reduces the thickness of thermal insulation material required by up to 50% compared to extruded materials and up to 100% compared to classic variants.
Quick assembly
For the carpentry elements, the panels can be cut in such a way as to cover 1-2 cm in profile and no new cladding with another material is necessary. After gluing the panels to the wall, the record profiles of carpentry with mesh and the exterior corners with the corresponding putty can be mounted directly. The workmanship related to making the window sills is greatly reduced.

Unlike the classic thermal insulation alternatives, Thermoconfort provides excellent resistance against all types of fungi or mold. Not even insects or rodents make their nests. It is an important aspect in choosing thermal insulation because rodents can cause fires, allergic reactions and are carriers of disease. Thermoconfort provides the ideal environment for people.
Compression strength
The product has a high compressive strength, a special mechanical strength and a very high load-bearing capacity. It is enough to allow the installers to run the roof without treading and to step on them without problems. The compressive strength is over 150 kPa which means over 15 tons / sqm.
Fire resistance
The fire simulation tests we performed highlighted the protection capacity of the building structure. In such a scenario, the surface is carbonized and does not allow the fire to spread. Industrial customers are expressly interested in this aspect, always being a risk that must be taken into account when developing the business plan.
