JORIS IDE S.R.L. (with registered seat in Buzias, Nr. 58, Principala St., Timis County, Romania, with VAT number RO14208541, registered with the Trade Register under no. J35/1084/2001, hereinafter called “JORIS IDE”) is a controller of the personal data transmitted through this website. The website is hosted by the web server mxhost.ro.

We will not request or receive information of any kind from children aged under 16.

JORIS IDE undertakes to observe the confidentiality of your personal data. We will treat all the personal data provided by you as confidential and will only process the information allowed by the applicable legislation. This privacy notice describes JORIS IDE policies and practices with regard to the collection and use of your personal data and establishes your confidentiality rights.

1. Personal information you provide use: We may collect, store and use the following types of personal data:

2. What happens if you do not send us your data: You may enjoy this website without providing us with your personal data or your consent. Certain personal information are required in order for our website to be able to provide you with the services that you purchased or requested and in order to log in, to let us know that it is you and not somebody else. You can manage the data provided by you and can withdraw your consent for marketing (advertising) communications at any time.

Please note that, if you do not give send your data, most likely we will not be able to communicate with you and provide the services described below.

Purposes for which your personal data is used: The personal data provided through this website and the personal data we have collected from you or from third parties or from public sources will be used for the purposes specified in this Confidentiality policy. Communications, based on the legitimate interest of JORIS IDE, as per art. 6(1)(f) of GDPR: if you have contacted us through this website or in any other way, we may process your name, contact data, telephone number, location and other information you have provided us with, in order to answer your questions, to set up a meeting, telephone conversation or for other communications.

ii. Contract performance, as per art. 6(1)(b) of GDPR: by purchasing JORIS IDE products you agree to become party to a contract. In this case, your personal data, such as first name in full, contact data, address, identity card data, payment details (if you make payments) will be processed by JORIS IDE for the following purposes: to deliver and repair JORIS IDE products in agreement with the contractual terms and conditions.

iii. Security, based on the legitimate interest of JORIS IDE, as per art.6(1)(f) of GDPR: if you visit this website, we may process the personal data that you uploaded, the data collected automatically about you or your devices, in accordance with this privacy notice (such as cookies, browser flags), in order to keep this website secured against fraud, to protect the rights and interests of JORIS IDE and of third parties and to protect intellectual property rights. We also mention that this information may be disclosed for the purpose of criminal investigations or prosecution.

V. Disclosure and transfer of personal data

The information we collect from you will be processed in the European Economic Area. JORIS IDE strives to apply adequate guarantees to protect the confidentiality and security of your personal data during transfer and to use them solely in accordance with your relation with JORIS IDE and with the practices described in this Confidentiality policy. JORIS IDE minimizes the risk for your rights and freedoms, by the fact that it does not collect or store sensitive information about you.

1. to our processors, mainly service providers or JORIS IDE collaborators, in order to process the personal data for the purposes allowed hereby on our behalf and solely in accordance with our instructions. JORIS IDE will maintain its control over your personal data and will ensure that the processors employ adequate protection measures, in accordance with the applicable law, to ensure the integrity and security of your personal data.

2. to JORIS IDE Group, as part of our reporting requirements to contractual partners, which is not subject to the same obligations provided by the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 with regard to applying adequate protection measures to ensure the integrity and security of your personal data.

3. to the extent that we are required to do so by law.

4. in relation to any current or potential judicial procedure.

5. in order to establish, exercise or defend legal rights (including the disclosure of information to third parties for fraud prevention purposes).

VI. Your rights

GDPR confers data subjects certain rights. You have the right of access and the right to rectification (correction) of your personal data processed by us if such data is inaccurate. VII. Storage of personal data

Your personal data is stored by JORIS IDE on its servers.

The personal data that we process based on your consent will be stored for an unlimited time period (or until the consent is revoked), except as otherwise provided by the applicable legal requirements and this storage is necessary for the purpose of processing.

If you have not provided us with your consent to process your data or have revoked this consent, we will only store minimal data about you (name in full, contact data, references and notes) for statistics and for reporting requirements or, to the reasonable extent based on another legal ground, such as our legitimate interest.
